This is Yuki Nagato from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I love that anime and she is one of my faves. Haruhi is my fave, but I LOVE Yuki's character songs. I listened to the over and over again while doing this. It took me like 4 or 5 hours because of all the pen. Yes, that outline is ALL pen.
I'll do more original characters later, but I am really out of ideas for now!
